Topaz Investments Malta Limited was granted permission by the Communications Commission for Topaz Investments Malta Limited to acquire a 38.2353 percentage stake in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, who is the sole owner of Silknet.

If the transaction succeeds If the transaction is successful, the distribution of Silknet beneficial owners will change. Giorgi Ramishvili's share will decrease and he'll already have an equal share with Yerkin Tatishev.
